Cask at The Hanging Bat. Hazy amber body with a thick white head. Excellent lacing. Aroma of candy, wood, dusty yeast and pineapple. Flavour is initially sweet fruits then there’s a big citrus and tangy yeast finish. Medium body with an oily texture. An unusual, tasty beer. I’d like to try it on keg.

Bitter, ashy finish. Full body with a smooth, luscious mouthfeel. Faint prickle of carbonation. A rich but incredibly drinkable Imperial Stout.
