Fridge temp wine glass. 1 finger white head with lacing. golden orange and hazy. Nose is minor bath-water aroma. Very much lemon grass and peppery notes on the nose. taste is great. VERY dry, little brett funk just a nice balance of citrus acidity, oak, some piney qualities and grassiness. Very well crafted for a beer so widely distributed.

Bottle at $7.99 here in Vermont. Chad should keep sending these beers to VT!!!!! Slight hazy pour with a 2 finger big bubbly white head that fades to some decent lacing. Lots of lovely dry wit yeast on the nose with a hint of brett trois funk and ropey notes. I don’t get a lot of citrus. Taste is certainly an orange bomb with lots of citrus, some funkiness at the finish. Unfortunately, this beer is full of metallic notes that taste like you’re eating a penny while drinking Orange Juice and nice horsey brett. For that, i can’t give this a 4 but without the metal, it would be a solid 4!

Medium brown color. Very sour nose with lots of wood, cherries and just a faint hint of Whiskey and milk chocolate. Very sour mouth, but light body with lots of vanilla, oak and a touch of whiskey. Very drinkable, despite being so sour. Fairly big vanilla and oaky finish. The light body and although the sour hits you at first as intense it subsides after a bit. Really creamy finish. Amazing beer, very versatile.
