Sample at ZBF 2018, thanks Belgian RB table. Ambrée, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme est léger sur notes épicées, rétro terreux, grains concassés avec fines effluves de fruité. Palais est sur un effet de purée de pommes, caramel léger, petite amertume citronnée houblonné à cru? , fruité, léger funk tirant sur une veille brune, et un fini grains restant bien dominant.

Tap. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is fruity, caramel, raisins, funk. Taste is fruity, caramel, tart, funky yeast, leathery. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Not bad.

Thank you for sharing RB People! Sampled draft @ ZBF 2018. Amber brown. Nose is sherry skins, mellow sour, spoiled fruit. Taste is bready, kvass, mellow wort, cherry, grainy, sugar, very mellow, lots of grainy, malt sugar left with a kvass feel, weird, largely works for me.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2018. A slightly hazy amber beer. Aroma of soft tart reddish fruits, berries. Taste of mild tart reddish fruits, raspberries

Clear amber beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit fruity, acidic, malty, some caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of overripe banana, bit sweet, more overripe banana. Aftertaste: bit acidic, yeast, weird.

Zythos 2018. Hazy dark amber with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with caramel and toffee, along with cherry and a faint hint of vinegar. Sweet malty and fruity flavour with cherry notes and a slightly tart finish.

Zythos 2018. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with pineapple and peach, along with nice spicy notes. Sweetish malty and fruity flavour with spice and a touch of alcohol. Nice and clean, almost up there with the trappists.
