Description
The Brewery was established by the De Coster-Depré family in 1897 and it was active till the eighties of the 20th century. Freddy Delvaux and the family gave a new lease of life to the old buildings of the Brewery in 2012. The new Brewery is the place where the Delvaux family can truly demonstrate their passion for special beers. Here, beers are cared for, invented, produced, consumed and promoted, and the Brewery is an unusual combination of science, the art of brewing, tourism and gastronomy.

(Bottle, 0.25 l - 09.05.2016, at Tuulensuu, 20150307) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had tin can, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, tin can and bitterness. Aftertaste wasn’t there. Lousy brew.

Bottle @ M-Café, Leuven. Amber colour, white head. Medium carbonation. Aroma of caramel, light metallic touch, also brett. Reminds me a bit of a weak Orval. Not bad. Decent.
