On tap at Hop Stuff Taproom Ashford. Black beer lasting tan head. Chocolate cocoa aroma. Some sweet stout flavour. Too much lactose sweetness for me. It's OK. Nothing to put me off except it's too milky sweet. Like milk Bottle sweets in a packet of Haribo.

Keg at The Mashtun, Norwich. It pours darkest ruby with a decent beige head. The aroma is toasty malt, aniseed, Dandelion & Burdock, plum and cola cubes. The taste is dry, toasty malt, light bitterness, peppery spice, aniseed, liquorice, plum, date, cherry cola and spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation.. Works rather well. Tasty.
