Pours a medium brown. Wow is this sour. Nice but hard to finish a full 750 ml.

Bottle at home after a long week and a picanha for dinner. 2022 blend. Medium brown with a tan head, clean nose with brown sugar and balsamic notes. Moderate acidity, not super complex, but it is a well balanced blend of caramel Kandi sugar and barrel-aged woody sour notes.

Bottle from Systembolaget Sweden that I found after 5 years in the wine seller.
Short lasting white head.
Clear very nice aged red wine color.
Small vineger and lactic aroma.
Smooth acidity and a bit caramell taste too give a dark maltiness. Low bitterness and a medium to firm body.

330mL bottle. Pours hazy dark red with a pink head. Tastes and smells like sickly sweet cough syrup, maybe some malts floating around. Absolutely egregious.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy dark red with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of sweet cherry fruity juice, a tiny bit of tartness, not much else. I’ve had more egregious NAs but this is still shitty.

Bottle at home. Pours brownish copper with thin head. Nose is vineous notes, light vinegar acidity, dark sugar. Taste is moderately sour, lightly funky and somewhat sweet notes of brett, wood, red wine and malts. Closes with light funk, some sweetness. Light body, soft to average carbo. Could have stronger and more sophisticated sour and funky notes and a somewhat more pronounced wouldnt hurt either.

Tap @ Gulating pub, Stavanger I think (late night rating!). Unclear pale yellow golden body with a small white head. Aroma has oranges and citric fruit and feels a bit artificial. Flavor is not so much beer and mostly fruits like citric, oranges, lime and slightly sour berries. Drinkable but not too sweet and not very impressive. More like a novelity or a fruit drink.
