Koninklijk bier - Verbinding mét elkaar én de natuur!
Waar je ook bent, met wie je ook bent, door het drinken van de bieren van Het Paleisje zorg jij voor verbinding met de mensen om je heen.

Ik ben Justin Oosterveer, 29 jaar en oprichter van Brouwerij Het Paleisje. Samen met Glenn Kruisselbrink en Geert Kranendonk ben ik in 2020 gestart met Brouwerij Het Paleisje in Amsterdam. Het eerste bier kwam in juli van datzelfde jaar op de markt en heb ik gebrouwen in de ketels van de Noord Hollandse Bierbrouwerij.

Wij Nederlanders willen overal laten zien wat wij doen en met wie wij dat doen. Met een juiste dosis strijdvaardigheid laten wij ons niet kennen. Dit deden wij al in het verleden maar ook zeker in het hedendaagse leven.

Aanvankelijk werd er gebrouwen De Noord-Hollandse Bierbrouwerij, later bij de Scheldebrouwerij.

Can 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Clear medium golden colour, small moussy white head, slowly dissipating, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, white grapes, melon, honey, floral hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, grain, white grapes, light honey, candy sugar, light yeast Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, sugary, paper in the finish, okay.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with small, frothy, osteoporosing, white head. Minimally bready, pale malty, floral hoppy and yeasty aroma, hints of chamomile, bread crust. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally bready, pale and caramel malty, slightly leafy, citrusy fruity hoppy and floral yeasty, hints of lemon tea, chamomile overtones.
Minimally oily, watery texture, slightly dry, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, fairly drinkable, not overly complex - decent.

(Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 21 Feb 2025) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of crisp-bread, raisins, toast and spices. Malty, spicy tastewithcrisp-bread, toast, dried fruit, raisins, a touch of chocolate and amild spicy bitterness in teh finish. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well balanced bock. Quite nice.

Flesje gedronken met Tomhendriksen tijdens vakantie. Goudgeel, licht troebel bier met stevig wit schuim. Aroma is fruitig en hoppig. Smaak is hoppig en fruitig. Nasmaak is licht bitter.
