22oz bottle - Pours copper with a good sized head that leaves nice lacing. The aroma is of malts and mild fruit accents. The flavor is moderately sweet with pretty good hops balance and mild fruit notes. The pomegranate is very light in this medium bodied brew. There’s also some alcohol presence noticeable, especially in the finish, which includes some more hops bitterness. It’s good, though falls short of being a great beer.

Bottle. Poured light brown with lasting head and much lacing. Faint hoppy aroma. Some malty flavour, a bit of toffee and a long hoppy finish. There’s also some flatness in the finish, that goes away as the beer warms.

Bottle: Slight haze in this copper pour with two fingers of creamy white head. Great lacing. Nose is soft and sweet with caramel, malts, and light citrus. Tastes a little off in the hops department. Kind of sour, but not hoppy. Malt presence is a little wheaty, crisp, and dry. Not really sure what this one is all about.

(Bottle 65 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear, chestnut brown with a reddish hue and a creamy, beige head. Aroma of burned caramel. Very full body, sweetish, burned malt and some nutty accents. The finish is bitter - but not overly so. A nice one. 160607

Bottle. Ruby amber beer with an off-white head. Dusty, malt aroma. Fruity (pommegranate) flavor with malt and earth. Lingering dusty, malty, pommy. Medium body. Better than recent He’Brew special offerings, but not great.

Bottle. Sweet pomegranate malt aroma. Red amber color with minimal head. Flavor matches the aroma - sweet pomegranate malt with a mild hops finish. Nice tasting - pomegranate unique but otherwise average.
