Pour is a amber with a nice sized white head. Aroma is very light hops and malts. Flavor is again mostly light hops and malts with a bitter finish. Nothing outstanding and there are better APA’s out there.

Pour is a very dark brown with a nice tan head. Aroma is pretty darn good. Some caramel, hops and a nice roasty chocolate show up. Flavor is also quite good. Molasses and toffee with some chocolate and a nice hoppyness to round out the flavor. Pretty tasty for a brown ale and prob one of the best i have ever had.

Bottle. Cherry and grapefruit hops and malt aroma. Reddish amber with nice big head. Lightly sweet malt with moderate citrus hops finish - not particularly well blended.

Bottle. Deep brown pour. Faint roast in the aroma. Chocolate malt taste gives it good body, sweetness and a touch of roast. Finish is hoppy and a touch of alcohol. Booze is not as overpowering as the RIPA, and makes this a nicely balanced beer.

Bottle. Amber pour. Normal tan head. Aroma is malty / grainy. The flavor was not nearly as complex as I was expecting considering how much was jammed into this one. I didn’t pick up on the pomegranate at all, just a faint sweetness, and was surprised to see this listed as a fruit beer.

12 oz bottle purchased as part of beers of summer 10 pack at World Market. Pours with some seetling as hazed copper brownish. One inch off white head falls quick with sticky lacing. Aroma of grainy caramel sweet malt with a toasty breadiness. Small amount of floral. Taste is the toasty bready malt with the semi-sweet caramel. A bit of grass in the finish. As it warms, some iced tea crystal malt and light diacetyl comes out, detracting a bit. Palate is medium bodied, clean, quick finish. ( 6,4,5,3,12 - 3.0)

Bottle. Pours is fairly deep brown, with some nice layering. Hop aroma and taste, but nothing too overpowering. Get some malt in the finish. Well made beer, but nothing out of the ordinary. ( 5,3,6,3,13 - 3.0)

Bomber. Pour is amber with a big, foamy head that lasted a long time. Hoppy aroma. Taste is hop and heavy malt. Finish almost has a scotch ale feel to it (not sure if thats the rye or not), pretty complex. I would rate this beer higher, but the booziness was overpowering for me, way to much alcohol presence in the finish.

Quite dark brown in colour. Big, rich aroma with molasses and buckwheat honey showing through. Thick, chewy, molassesy, lightly raisiny character. Sweet, a bit soft, and not showing any alcohol. A bit unfocused, as can be expected with so many ingredients, but a tasty drop nonetheless.

Standard amber colour. Fairly malty, alcoholic aroma. Fairly strong malty taste, with light caramel and a hint of alcohol. Didn’t get any pomegranate. Nor anything else distinguishing...really dull for a big-ass beer.
