tap at the brewpub - Pours a cloudy straw color with a white head. It has an ample yeasty, wheaty aroma with notes of citrus and spice. The flavor is sweet with a little of that citrus and spice coming through. Unfortunately it’s also pretty weak and water with a rather off tasting finish.

tap at the brewpub - Pours clear gold with a white head. It has a mild aroma of malt and fruit. The well balanced flavor has light, sweet malts and mild hops bitterness with some citrus notes. It finishes clean with some crisp hops. I liked this one a bit more than most reviewers here. Nice pils.

tap at the brewpub - Pours mostly clear copper with a white head. It smells of bready malt and some fruit esters. Taste is pale bready malt and mild hops plus some graininess, especially in the lightly bitter finish. Not bad.

draft sampler at the brewpub - Pours clear light yellow with a white head. The aroma is mild bready, grainy malt. It’s a light, malty brew with a touch of hops and fruitiness and it’s a little watery. Not bad. A bitter? Really? Huh.

Shaker pint draft at the Cherry Cricket in Denver, Colorado. Pour is black with a splash of cola brown. No head to speak of. Aroma is slight roastiness, some grass, not a whole lot else. Taste is the roast malt up front, followed by some grassy sweetness. The finish lingers with more roast, then some dirty yeastiness. Palate features good carbonation making it quite drinkable and nice with a burger. Nice enough.

An amber ale with a very thin white head. A pleasant yet subdued c-hops, pinhey with citrus notes. In mouth, a rather light and unimpressive IPA, watery, lacking oomph. On tap at brewpub, 24 Jan. 2009.

A deep dark schwarzebier with reddish hues and a thick resilient moka head. A non-descript malt aroma. In mouth, a light fluffy schwarzebier. Enough said. On tap at brewpub, 24 Jan. 2009.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a lightly hazed amber color with a thin and compact light beige head that burns away slowly. Top ring of lacing with spots underneath. Caramel malt in the nose with a strong spice undertone. Medium-bodied with flavors of malt and caramel with spices and fruit underneath. The finish is sweet malt and spices with a light hops aftertaste that lingers a short while. Pretty good overall.
