Des arômes de conifères enrobés d’alcool suivis d’une intense résine font foi d’un profil olfactif bien ‘’dank’’ d’où ressort de subtiles notes d’orange et de citron.
Le liquide est doré profond, partiellement voilé, couvert d’une mousse abondante, crémeuse et persistante.
Entrée de bouche aux notes d’orange prononcées et assorties d’un ensemble tropical et de fruits à chair blanche complexe et harmonieux.
Notes d’orange, de poire, de mangue, d’abricot, de citron avec une finale à l’amertume affirmée mais pas âpre ni tranchante.
Le profil amer des houblons se compose principalement d’accents herbacés, résineux et terreux en parfait équilibre.
La base maltée assure un apport de sucre juste assez efficace pour apporter une touche confite à l’ensemble fruité.
Une bière exceptionnelle.

Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of malty notes with some nice cereal notes and light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of nice chewy malt notes with clean cereal notes with some residual sugar and a smooth finish with no rough edges. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Solid take on a seldom brewed style.
