Can: Poured a clear golden color bock with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal malt base with some light grassy notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some grassy hops notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable bock but tad more attenuation would have been better.

Clean, golden colour with an amber hue, a whitish foamy head, average stay and some foam around the brew. Interesting aromas of cereal malts, some caramel ones as well, with hints of rye, mineral notes, nuttiness and yeast. Fresh bread flavours with the malts that goes down nicely. Was expecting sweetness, a bit too syrupy - but no, nice cereal taste with a tad hops to balance out things. All with the mineral touch that adds a nice level. Another good collab, and a good blonde ale that has enough to offer.

Un nez rappelant la fraise et les fruits tropicaux au début puis, évoluant en intense résine rappelant le gazon brulé et le cannabis.
Des accents poivrés et citriques sont également perçus.
Un liquide doré et limpide.
Un couvert de mousse épais, crémeux et persistant.
Des notes de fraises se présentent en entrée de bouche, rapidement submergées par une intense résine grassy et amère.
Des notes fruitées rappelant la pêche et la poire s’intègrent à la palette et en assurent un équilibre souhaité.
La finale est amère à l’extrême, excessive même, réservée aux amateurs avertis.
Heureusement qu’il y a un certain fruité pour assurer un équilibre.
Personnellement appréciée mais beaucoup trop amère pour rencontrer les critères du style.

Fairly clean, golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent retention and thick foamy lacing. Getting more funk, farm-like aromas at first, with the dank-skunk eventually coming through, but mild, in the background. The dank comes though a little more in the taste with a good malty base, and some good dryness in the finish. A nice West Coast Pale Ale that has good bite for 5.5% ABV and dryness.

Can. A good dash of orange zest here, some of that white, bitter inner skin too. Else, mostly generic citrus. Grapefruit, pine cones and a nice malty touch. Quite full bodied, feels like a double IPA in many ways. 747414 260425
