Jaune paille et totalement opaque.
Mousse moyennement mince mais assez dense.
Pamplemousse, ananas et pêche en bouche avec une légère résine en arrière-plan.

Fairly clean, light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and lots of foamy lacing left. Mild cereal grain aromas with lime zest. The zest of the lime really comes out in the taste, adding some bitterness, and decent dryness in the finish. Quite a dry-bitter ending, light lager with lots of lime zest (wish a little more juice of it would of gone in to add fruitiness-sourness).

Lightly hazed, golden-amber colour with a big, frothy-creamy off-white head, very long retention, leaving some creamy streaks of lacing all over. Beautiful fruity aromas, with lots of oranges, some grapefruit notes, blended with some spicy Belgian yeast and a touch of piney hops. The taste is quite hoppy with the grassy-piney hoppiness, taking over the yeast which comes out a little in the finish, and more of an orange zest, than juice. A nice smelling Belgian Ale with a West Coast mouthfeel.

Dark brown. The aroma has a dominant bourbon, but doesn't promise much. On the palate, however, it's pretty good. Lots of sugars, pale and dark, and the bourbon comes across better than on the aroma, where it's a bit rough.

355mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has a nice bourbon barrel character, vanillin, cocoa, and moderate roast. Flavour is smooth, with a gentle bourbon character, moderate roast, and some earthy breadiness. Surprisingly light but cohesive and quite drinkable.

355mL can from the brewery. Pours black with a minimal beige head. Gentle roast, burnt sugars, and a touch of bourbon on the nose. Flavour has a dry roasty malt character, burnt bread crusts, light bourbon, a bit of charred wood. A bit muted, but solid.

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Very estery nose; tons of banana, cloves, and candy sugars. Flavour is also full of esters, lots of cloves, banana, and candied sugar. As far as estery witbiers go this is pretty good.
