Le profil fermier se détache distinctement de l’ensemble acidulé.
Les deux adjuvants sont assez bien représentés en bouche.
Belle harmonie entre le malté et le boisé.
Fruitée, miellée et sauvage.
Assez bien équilibrée.

Fairly clean, mid-golden colour with a white frothy head, decent stay and some patches of foamy lacing left. Aromas of pears and medicinal blended with the cereal-sweet malts base. Flavours of apples, pears, grainy malts, a herbal touch and hints of honey. Quite a nice pintable Blonde Ale with a balance of maltiness, mild fruitiness and a tad herbal hoppiness.

Mid-hazed, golden colour with an orange highlight, a big creamyish white head, good retention and creamy lacing streaks. Mild fruitiness in the nose with stone fruits, some berries, a touch of herbs, yeast and oats. A wet mouthfeel with a good, slow building dryness. Maybe a tad more yeast in the flavours, but not to be annoying. Citrus notes, hints of tropical fruits and light grassiness, blending well with the zestiness. Feels a little more like a NEPA, than a NEIPA, with its lightness overall, but still a decent drink.

Can that pours a fairly clean, golden colour with an amber hue. The frothy warm off-white head has good retention and sticky-foamy lacing. Mild piney aromas over caramel malts, some decent tropical fruity notes and hints of funk. A silky mouthfeel with some nice dryness in the end. Flavours are the same as the nose. A good West Coast Pale Ale with a balance of resinous hops, caramel malts and a touch of fruitiness.

Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a bubbly off-white head, average stay and some soapy lacing spots. Big fruity nose with orange juice, tropical-stone fruit notes and some good grassiness. The taste is a touch milder, with still lot of fruitiness, grassy hops and light oats lingering. Hints of lime and white grapes. A juicy, wet mouthfeel with a nice drying, lightly bitter finish. An interesting NEIPA that is juicy, but with a punchier hoppiness of herbal, bitter, grassiness.
