Bottle from the Brouwcafe, Scheveningen. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light yeast, light banana. The flavour is light sour with a crispy citrus light grapefruit sour palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation. It’s one of those beers for a BBQ.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Hogerdijk, Culemborg. Dark brown with a tan head. Caramel aroma with minimal roasted malts. Taste is sweet and aftertaste also sweet. Overall too sweet and not enough roasted malts to be a good stout in my opinion.

Donker gel bier met veel schuim. Smaak is bitter zoals de naam zegt met licht zuur fruit, citus en hop. Blijft lang hangen.

Sample from tap, CBF 2014. Dark brown colour with a medium sized lightly tanned head. Lightly roasted aroma with sweet fruits - some berries, caramel malts and light coffee. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes dry and fruity with lightly roasted malts and honey-notes. Very easygoing, but rather subtle.
