Bottle, 100cl, courtesy of fonefan. A hazy, almost golden beer topped by an off-white head. Pleasant spiced aroma with malts and notes of caramel. Sweet, fruity flavor with the same nice spicyness found in the aroma. Some bitterness towards the end, but not much. Dryish yet sweet mouthfeel, medium to full body. A quite nice one, but far from world-class. 091024

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home.Clear medium grey yellow orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, grey off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, dusty, orange, fruity - berry, light flowers and perfume, moderate yeasty, overriped fruit - berry, spicy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, flowers - perfume, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100130]

clear brown, slightly cloudy, small film white head. subdued aroma, faint flowery, faint boozy. faint sweet malty, alc well hidden, but not much else to stand in front. flavor is very well balanced, but not much to show for flavors. faint malty, faint boozy.alc well hidden, but leaves a boozy trail.

2005 bottle. Frothy white faor mostly dminishing head. Amber colour. Powerfull spicey cinnamon aroma. Powerfull spicey moderate bitter flavor. Long nice finsih. Creamy palate.

05 @Tampa Wkly Gathering @tpd975s Thanks tpd975-11.2oz bottle-pours an off white ring for a head and hazy amber color. Aroma is mild medium malt, fruit. Taste is medium malt, fruit, some alcohol. Smooth.

courtesy of tpd975. pours amber, thin off-white head. aroma, grainy caramel malts, sweet sugary, light spicy hops. flavor, caramel, grains, yeasty, malty hints of floral hops, dark sugar and light fruit palate with a lingering yeast profile that was reminiscent of Belgian style yeast.

21st July 2008. Cloudy ornage amber beer, Not much carbonation. Soft palate. Peach and orange flavours with a rich malt that has a bit of tea in it. A bit different and very drinkable.
