On tap. Pours a dark reddish brown with moderate head. Aromas of candi sugar, sweet dark fruit and toasted malts. Flavors follow same with malts forward and a bit of sweetness and Belgian yeast in the finish. More of a Dubbel than a barley wine.

2019 vintage. 330 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with light head. Aromas of dark fruit, caramel, candi sugar and toasted malts. Flavors of oak, minerals, sherry, raisins, a bit of alcohol and toasted malts. Quite a light mouthfeel.
