Description
Litt i maten, litt i kokken

330ml bottle @Kampen Bistro in company of TheCellarer, my sister and brother in law. Reccomendation with cod dinner. Unclear golden body, tiny head that leaves a small ring around the edge. Lemon, carrots and oranges, more acidic notes in taste. Medium body. Not what I would sit and drink, but went very well with cod.

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a white head. Very refreshing in aroma, fruity, acidic and minerals. Taste is very refreshing as well, like a nice, acidic gose with a pleasant hint of apples and tangerine. Some minerals and all over a really fine balance here. Medium body and same aftertaste as the rest. Can’t find any carrot in aroma or flavor but expect this to give some of the smooth sweetness and fruity flavor anyway. Fun and nice.

Definitely has a firm bitterness for the style. But it actually works and is a well made, flaw-free beer. Unique for the style. Brewdog Oslo
