50cl can bought at German Aldi, brewed in UK, canned in Germany. very pale coloured beer, small head. Aroma is dough, malt, not much. Taste is the same, sweet, malt, grain, average pale lager not great

Seemingly ubiquitous in UK bars these days, clear and golden with a big bubbly white head and a slightly sweet grassy aroma. Cold, wet and refreshing! Nice grainy malt, grassy bitterness and a bit of zing. A decent lager to drink on a hot sunny day

Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Alarmingly orange with a full beige head. Light malty aroma, not much to it. Bittersweet taste, thin malt and some savoury cooking herbs. Bittering hops encircle the finish with a slightly metallic aftertaste. It's one of the classic old man bitters but it's refreshing enough.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Pale gold in colour, with plenty of fizz and a slight, white, head. A luggable lager, with a touch of grassy hop, ripe cereal malts and a lingering, bitter, finish. ok on a warm summer's day.
