Cask whilst on holiday. Nice to drink in the sunshine by the pool. A simple, safe go to beer. Nothing exciting.

Bottle from Sainsbury's and drunk at home. Clear gold colour, lasting white head. No huge aroma. I mean it's wet and cold. No off flavours. Nothing offensive. It's just a bit meh. I mean it doesn't really taste of much. Some pale malt, some light lemon. How to make a beer tasteless. Wow amazing. Some slight noticeable white pepper hop on the finish. Not terrible. But not a lot there to excite you either.

Can on 5th January 2025. Pours clear golden amber with white foam and partial lacing. Hoppy aroma. Sweet malts and fruitiness in-mouth. Malty finish. Light bodied with a smooth if not pithy mouthfeel.

Cask at The Coach House, Stratford-Upon-Avon. Clear amber pour with small creamy white head. Faint malty aroma. Taste of toffee, malts, slight floral resin. Smooth body, refreshing quality. Very basic but found it quite enjoyable.

Pint at the newly refurbished Marston Green Tavern. Clientele still the same though. Pours black with nice consistent white head. Light roast with moderate sweetness, some caramel. Smooth easy drinking. Not huge in flavour but hit the spot on a warm afternoon.

Looks like the next big UK bottle lager push. Found this in my local One Stop shop. Clear gold, moderate sized white head, good lacing. Aroma is sweet, grainy, slight hay note. Taste has a slight lemon and resin note along with the sweetness and grains. Light to medium bodied, lowish carbonation. A bit dull but as macro lager goes its not too bad.
