Draught @ Oirschots Bierfestival 2012. Clear yellow / golden color, small white head. Smell malts, a lot of grains, lightly wort. Taste malts, grains. Low body, low to medium carbo.

Bottled. Cloudy amber/brown, no head. Deep, sweet caramel dominates. Very sweet and fiercely warming with soft mellow mouthfeel. Flavours of caramel and marshmallow with creme brulee and extra sugar. Some salty bitterness. With a few years of aging it is now delightfully soft and rich, but also ungodly sweet.

Bottle 300ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average to small, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, old hay - straw, keller, light to moderate yeasty, apple, light earthy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, earthy yeast, fruity, keller. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111126]

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a minimal sized off-white head. Very fruity-sweetish aroma with a touch of hoppyness. The flavor is rather similar, fruity and sweetish, and a little bitterness. Medium body, semi-sweet and quite smooth. Not very pleasant, goes in several directions at the same time, and none of the are very nice. 111126
