Can thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - murky brown with a beige head. Nose - sweet spice, marzipan and cakey. Some white chocolate. Taste - some sweet but a bit astringent. Palate - medium bodied, dry finish. Overall - ok. A bit weird.

Gravity cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Mid-gold and clear with a frothy white head. Big Mosaic aroma of blueberry and stone fruit. Tastes sweet but it's short-lived. The finish is short and fairly watery, not impossibly so but it's a little disappointing. So marks off for that, but it's still an excellent pale.

Cask at Hops d’Amour, Coventry on 26th October 2023. Solid, impenetrably black with pale tan foam and spot lacing. Spicy roast malt in aroma with intense dark chocolate and coffee. Rich spiciness in-mouth with hints of smoke. A rich, roasty finish.

ABV: 4.5%. ✅ Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, old hops, dusty, light citrus - orange - grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, dusty, old hops, pale malt, sweet malt, light citrus - grapefruit - orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191009]
