Tap @ Marble Santa Fe. Pours a clear, deep red orange appearance with an off white head. Caramel, a bit piney, dark fruity aroma. A bit thick and syrupy mouth feel. Mild chocolate, caramel, toffee, piney, fairly bitter flavor. A touch boozy, kind of all over, but not bad.

Big thanks to Terminus for popping this at the Annual Black Friday tasting. It pours amber with copper edges and a thin tan head of foam. The aroma is sweetness, apples, brown sugar, a cinnamon note and the mild booze. The taste is rich and pretty smooth with brown sugar coated sweet red apple wedges and prunes and then moving into smooth bourbon like boozy notes. Nice stuff.

Mildly bitter, piney/spicy hoppy, big cocoa, deep dark chocolate malty, slightly burnt flavor. Fucking delicious stuff.

We head varied stories on this one, apparently a brewery blend of two other beers. Draft at both Marble locations. Deep hazy amber color, bright white head. Aroma of caramel. Taste is boozy spiced caramel. Good body. A big beer for sure.
