Medium body, a dry fruitiness, carbonation is a little heavy and then dry and bitter hop presence. Hops have faded somewhat, but still a very decent Pale Ale. 081114

Bottle, 22oz. It’s a hazy, orangey golden colored beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma has orange peel dominating, with pale malts and some pine cones. It’s full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated, quite dry. Orange peel, some pale malts and resins in the flavor. A nice bitterness too, especially in the lasting finish. Dry, pleasant, quenching and tasteful, but lacking some complexity. 140830
