But it's not just about being organic, it's a certain mind set of considering the environment in everything we do. In fact, we're not certified organic and have no plans to be-we do it because we believe it's the right thing. All of our ingredients are listed including which are organic. Welcome and thanks for your continued support!

Location: 22 oz bottle from Charleston Beer Exchange, 12/10/12

Aroma: This one has a nose of sweet malts, straw, and some grassy hops
Appearance: This beer pours a hazy golden color with a white head and some spotty lace
Flavor: It has a medium sweet flavor to it, with some straw, light hops, and a little fruit
Palate: This beer has a light-medium body, a fairly fizzy carbonation, and a dryish finish
Overall Impression: Interesting example, but overall this was not a favorite for me. I thought there were some good components, but there were also some flaws, and the flaws stuck out a bit much for me to go any higher then this.
