Cask (Waterloo Arms, Southampton) - Brown with red tinges. Fruity and malty aroma with some roasted hints. Malty, fruity and slightly sweet taste with raisins, caramel and nuts detected.

Cask (handpump) @ Babington Arms, 11-13 Babington Lane, Derby, Derbyshire England DE1 1TA.Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, overripped green apples. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100117]

[Cask at the Bootlegger, High Wycombe] Pours amber with a slight off-white head. It’s smooth and creamy, with a comforting mix of fruit and caramel. Considering it’s one of those novelty name seasonal beers, this is surprisingly good.

[500ml bottle from Morrisons, High Wycombe] Amber, diminishing white head, slight carbonation. Caramel, caramel, caramel. Threatened to reveal a bit of summer fruit for a while (maybe strawberry?) but then the caramel was back again. Sweet, but not excessively so. Easy drinking, but very dull indeed. Next!
