Tap at the Beer Temple 5 year anniversary. Poured a hazy medium amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is huge grassy hop, citrus, light barnyard. The flavour is medium bitter with a big grass nettle hop citrus fruit palate and a long moderate bitter finish. A real grass bucket Hopfest.

Draft at the Beer Temple 5th anniversary. Pours hazy dark golden with an off white head. Aroma of big grapefruit, citrus, grass, weedy hops. Flavour is light sweet and over moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Alcohol is not detectable, just comes out super fresh hoppy and clean like a normal IPA. An awesome fresh IPA and certainly does justice to the Beer Temple!

Blond beer, with a little more hops than usual, has a fresh palate. Brewed for the Beer Temple, a great bar in Amsterdam with American style beers.Beer is not very special, but a good alternative for those who just want to drink pilsners.

Tap @ BeerTemple, small sample. Dark color, medium creamy brown head. Aroma of vanilla, chocolate, hint of cinnamon, some cookie, caramel. Great creme brulee. Taste is quite sweet, but elegantly balanced with chocolatey notes from the malts and a soft bitterness. Wonderfull version of a creme brulee stout, which tend to get overly sweet and cloying. Superb beer.

Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Pours light orange, clear-ish, small head. Aroma is hoppy but only slightly. Has some homebrew bitterness, reminding me Latvian beers :) Taste is quite simple, has a bit of hop bitterness, tastes like a homebrew also. Aftertaste is not very intense.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 26 Feb 2014) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, vanilla and crème brulée. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, chocolate, vanilla, crème brulée and a generous coffee bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with rounded mouthfeel and a certain sweetness. Very tasty, with lots of coffee and vanilla. Very nice.

07/02/2014 Buskers pub (handpump). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma cappuccino chiara abbondante e persistente.

Amazing stout, that actually tastes like crème brûlée. This is a true beer dessert. Great.

On tap at Arendsnest. Black colour, creamy beige head. Aroma of loads of vanilla, crème brûlée, some light earthy notes, roasted malts, coffee. Flavour is way less sweet than expected, vanilla, custard, hard roasted malts, coffee, vanilla in the coffee bitter finish. Medium to full-bodied, soft mouthfeel, alcohol barely noticed. Great beer.
