330ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with small, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and slightly herbal aroma, rather neutral, malty background, notes of lemon, lemon peel, old lemon peel, a touch of salted lemon. Taste is sour-ish, citrusy fruity, minimally grainy, pale malty basis with low residual sweetness, notes of lemon, old lemon, lemon juice, lemon peel, old lemon peel, a touch of lemongrass.
Slightly mushy texture, slightly astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Quite sour, not overly re-(fresh)-ing - so-so.

0.33 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop', best before August 2027. Hazy, ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, quite yeasty-spicy aroma of banana bread, caramel, chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut and some clove. Fairly sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy taste of chocolate, banana bread, caramel, hazelnut, vanilla and some clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Too sweet, too heavy on the adjuncts, nevertheless a decent sip.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 14.07.2027) im 2025-10 getrunken. Diese Milkstout zeigt eine schöne Kaffeenote mit einer ganz feinen grünen Paprikanote, die aber nicht stört. Am Gaumen ist schön cremig und hat trotz seine Bitterkeit der Röstaromen recht ausgewogen. Kein schlechtes Ale!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 25.11.2029) im 2025-10 getrunken. Bei deisen schwarzen Stout verstecken sich die Kirsch-Aromen. Das Bier überzeugt nicht wirklich, da weder die Aromen noch Bitterkeit-Balance die doch wunderbare hohe Qualität der vielen Jahre anknüpfen kann.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 14.07.2027) im 2025-10 getrunken. Dieses Kürbisbock zeigt keine Kürbisaromen und nur etwas Zimt. Am Gaumen fehlt mir für eine gute Balance etwas Süße. Am Ende bleibt mir viel Bitterkeit am Gaumen.

Bottle. Darkish brown, a fat coat of cream head. 6+ Brooding dried and stewed fruit aroma with dark and maybe singed sugars, sweet shop spices. Moderately sweet with lots of dried fruit and some spiced dough. A bit of brûlée top along with the bitterness at the end balances it rather nicely. If this is the last new tick I have from them, it's a good one.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 10.07.2026) im 2025-10 getrunken. Diese gelblich, trübe Ale zeigt deutlich seinen NEIPA Charakter mit Hopfen & Hanf-Aromen. Enttäuschend ist das sich das Blaubeerpüree nicht gezeigt hat. Der Hopfeneinfluss ist deutlich.
