Bottled. I can’t believe this is listed as a barley wine cause it tastes more like a bock to me, Pours a reddish brown. Aroma is caramel and syrup. Very light in the mouth, a bit of a hops kick and some carbonation. Pretty durned good.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a proper head. Aroma and taste: roast, chocolate, coffee, esters, hop. Pretty dry. Light plus ending bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: Fairly pleasant.

Bottle at home with barbecue, 11th May 2025. Pours clear straw colour. Atoma is citrus, bright. Taste is citrus, a little bitter and aromatic. Pretty drinkable
