On tap at the Alibi Room for the 500th beer list celebration, pours a disgusting filthy reddish brown with no head. Aroma brings out a weird mix of farmhouse notes, oranges and grapefruit. Flavour brings out weird pithy notes, citrus fruits, and farmhouse notes. Very bizarre, and totally dominated by the pithy quality. Weird, but decent.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of pitted fruits, dry hops, lots of tartness and some funk. Flavour brings out loads of fresh pitted fruits, light tartness, some lactic notes, and very subtle hops. Complex as hell, finishing very peachy. Wonderful stuff. Later versions of this are just not up to the initial batches. Pretty ordinary kettle sour.

On tap at the Alibi Room for the 500th beer list celebration, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky brett, atop piney floral hops, and cracker malts. Flavour is complex, with loads of brett and farmhouse notes, lots of biting piney hops, and zesty biscuity malt to back. Really well-balanced between hops and brett - very complex. Wonderful stuff. One of my favourites from Four Winds.

Hazy light amber color with large fluffy head. Mild aroma of Bretts, lemon peel, cedar. Highly carbonated; it has a funky character, wood, some lemon peel and other citrus fruits; the wood gives some bitter vegetable taste that is disturbing a bit in the final.
Should be polished for improvement, but it’s already nice.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is dry bretty, oaky and orange fruity. Smooth fruity, peachy, orange. Smooth bretty and peachy. Bitter, citricand smooth fruity. Lingering mellow bretty into the finish.

Draught at St Augustine’s. Brownish black with a thin tan head. Aroma is toasted malt. Flavor is strong roast oat, buttermilk on a dry bitter roast finish.

On tap. Pours a dark brown with light head. Smells as advertised - coffee and cream. Flavors of grass, toast, and roasted malts. I did not get the coffee. Bitter with an odd, slightly sour note.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Nose brings out roasted malt, oats, and dry bread. Flavour is fairly bland, with notes of oats, and toasted malt. Fairly bland but well-enough brewed. Not the most exciting beer. Meh.

On cask at the Alibi Room, pours black with some amber hues and a small beige head. Aroma is all coffee, with loads of freshly roasted espresso beans. Flavour is similar, but brings out a lot of lactose notes as well, giving this a very milky palate. The coffee becomes more and more subdued to the milky elements with each additional sip. Good stuff, but nothing special.
