Flaska från SB. Ljusguldig smådisig med livlig kolsyra som ger ett högt smutsvitt skum. Fräscht och fruktigt i doften med mycket skal från gröna druvor, päron, yuzu, kumquats, funk och vitt vin. Lambicen ger en fräschör och syrlighet mot den lite mer maltiga blonda basen. Relativt hög beska och en ihängande metallisk ton i avslutningen. Alkoholen ger även lite värme. Funkar fint ihop men hade nästan föredragit en något mindre/lättare version. Väldigt champagne-lik.

8-4-8-5-17 Bottle, vintage 2018, three years before bbd. Pours clear golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is hay and bretty fruits with grapes, gooseberries, white berries and apples, as well as farmhouse notes, minerals and wooden barrels. Medium to full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay, wood and bretty fruits with grapes, white berries and notes of apples, as well as tannins, farmhouse and notes of pale malts. Dry bretty wooden finish.

(Bottle, 0.375 l - 2018 vintage - BBE 2023, at One Pint Pub, 20200310)The beer poured golden and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, honey, tartness and wood. Palate was medium bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, wood, honey, sourness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sour, woody and bitter. A tasty blend of tart and sweet fruity beers.

Many thanks for this beer to tderoeck. Vintage 2017. Abv was 9%. Half champagne bottle. Uwazam ze gdyby bylo otwarte gdzies w granicach 2027r bylo by lepsze, alko bylo by nie wyczuwalne doszlo by wiecej kwaskowosci i lepiej ogolnie by sie ulozylo, coz niecierpliwosc to niezbyt dobra cecha. Czulo sie alko, piana byla spora szampasnska i trwala o dziwo, metne bardzo. W smaku bardziej slodowe niz kwasne ale, ale i tak w miare dobre bylo to piwo, fajna paskowa etykieta. thx Tim for this beer.

Dark golden colour. Very interesting mix. Aroma is very yeasty and has light funk but also candy sugar in the background. Flavour starts with candy sweetness before the dryness and yeastiness kicks in. Finish has a light tang.
