Aroma of lemon, funky, pink wine, pink fruits, vinegar, peach, raisins, vanilla. Pleasant and complex. Taste of lemon, vinegar, peach, spices, pink fruits. Low sourness.

Bottled. Brown colour with a big foamy beige head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is nutty, some earthy, coffeeish and mild toffee tones. Flavour is coffee, some slight yeasty, alcohol and mild spiciness with some toffee and mild nutty elements too. Yeasty/spicy aftertaste with some toasted sweet malts too.

Lys brun klar med eggegult skum. Lukter bæreddik, noe trevirke og noe blomster. Middels fylde. Sur og bitter. Smaker sitronskall, grapefrukt, sure bær, eddik og fyrstikk. Middels lang.
