300ml bottle from Ales by Mail. Clear golden colour with decent off-white head, good retention. Aroma: citrus, grapefruit, pine, caramel. Taste: Same as the aroma, with a little vanilla, dry mildy bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation. Easily drinkable, but unmemorable.

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail, couple of months after its best before (Nov 2016)... Pours a hazy dark orange with a thin off-white head. Aroma: coriander, wheat, orange, hint of vanilla. Taste: mild sweetness, wheat malt, coriander/spices, orange, very low bitterness in the finish. Thinnish body, easy drinking. Interesting take on a Wit but there’s not much IPA in this.

Cask at the Shakespeare, Lower Temple St, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark reddish brown with a bubbly off white head. The aroma is sweet caramel malt, lactose, dark chocolate, coffee. The flavour is moderate sweet with a light watery mint chocolate, earthy malt palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - honey and light struck match. Taste - really sweet honey. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long sweet finish. Overall - not my favourite. A bit cloying.

Cask-conditioned at the Yard Bar, Cardiff August 2016. Deep gold in colour, with a decent, white, head. Aroma of tropical fruits, sweetish malts and grassy hops. Flavour was also fruity and slightly sweet, with biscuity malts and dryish finish. Good.

Bottle courtesy of Craig (cheers Craig) consumed at home Thursday 18th August 2016 Dark reddy brown, fruity, soft a rather deceptive beer, cannot believe it’s 7%+ beer. Whilst I am grateful for being able to try this it’s just ok but overall a tad too sweet and not that interesting, it’s just not my style.A5 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Bottle @ Black Bull Inn, Bangor. Golden coloured with an extremely thin head. For a Wit styled ale it seems to have a lot of lager character to it, although there’s a hint of the aforementioned Belgian style in its nose. Has a sweetness in its taste with a mild fruitiness
