Bottle via rotboxe. Huge gusher. Murky red orange appearance with no head. Super spicy, floral, pumpkin, boozy, chemical aroma. Super strong. Tomato juice, olive, pumpkin, acetone flavor. Horrendous. Fuck you.

Draft - Salty sour lemon. Pale yellow gold with a thin head. Light lemony tartness. Very mild, more like a Berliner Weisse than a gueuze. Still nice though.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s Fort Collins. Pours a fairly cloudy yellow appearance with a white head that surprisingly doesn’t have a ton of retention. Grassy herbal, slight veggie, doughy / toasted malty aroma. Twangy spicy flavor. Pretty chewy and husky. Floral notes. Some cooked corn notes. Really not that good. Scroll past.

Bottle @ home. According to the bottle, this was brewed and bottled at Trinity. I’m not sure if this was brewed at both Trinity and Black Bottle or just one location. It’s possible that there needs to be two entries, but I’ll leave that up to MJ. Pours an enticing cloudy yellow appearance with a foamy off white head. Aroma was full of perfume, cookie, biscuit, dull citrus, and spicy brett. Spritzy carbonation. Twangy, chewy cookie malty flavor with a little pineapple, dough, and herbs. There is a strange flavor is a bit hard to describe and I’m not really digging it. Probably won’t be buying this again. Update: much better.

Hazy dull amber. Bubbly head. Aroma has a lot of c hop, a few bugs and lots of orange. Soft, fruity body, little bit of diacetyl giving this a bit of slickness and messing with the spicy/fruity dynamic. Ok, but lacks both focus and cleanliness.

Tap at Freshcraft - turbid straw color - minimal lacing - nose is white vinegar, sour apple, light cheesy funk, white grape, lactic tartness - flavor is quite tart, mostly of the lactic variety, tasting very much like a berliner weisse - some white wine character, moderate earthy and cheesy funkiness - mild acetic/vinegad notes on the tail end, but otherwise actually a pretty approachable and fairly complex sourthat is most closely akin to a berliner - just wish they wouldn’t call it a gueuze.

375 bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with thick white head that lasts, lot of carbonation. The aroma is yeast and funk and fruit. Thin mouthfeel with nice light sourness, tart fruit, and funk. Easy to drink, really enjoyed this.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with thick frothy off white head that lasts leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong funk, yeast, and strong brett. Medium mouthfeel with light citrus, brett, yeast, and light dry finish. Very good.

On tap at Freshcraft. Pours a clear yellow gold with paperthin white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong granny smith apples, funk, and oak. Thin mouthfeel with nice apple puckering sour, nice light funk. So damn sour, very amazing stuff.

On tap @ Black Bottle. Deep brown / black appearance with a brown head. Black cherry, vanilla, dark chocolate, and wood are especially prevalent in the nose. Thick mouth feel. Pretty body. Somewhat medicinal. Burnt chocolate, light coffee, raspberry / black cherry flavor. Kind of like a cherry cordial. OK but I’m not completely sold, especially with the booziness.
