Tap - lightly hazy straw color - nose is perfumey and lightly musky, with apparent ginger, light sweetness, and moderate pepper (hard to tell is it is a phenol or the adjuncts used) - flavor is surprisingly sweet up front for the low abv, with some strong banana esters - thankfully it dries out a bit later and provides a balancing acidity and bitterness - pepper, straw, light flint/mineral, a mild rustic character - finish is moderate ginger, with some returning sweetness - okay.

Mustard adds a super interesting curve ball here. Honey brins mustard seed down to a tolerable level for beer. Some bretta, sour raisin and plum aromas. Finishes a little sour with a kind of mouth-puckering dryness from mustard. Bottle thanks to Sammy.

Tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. Very funky, lactic, spicy, lemon, dusty, basement aroma. Sweet tart, sour lemon, lactic, quite funky flavor. A bit thin. Not my favorite from them. Kind of like a Berliner Weisse.
