Eternal City Brewing nasce dall' idea di tre ragazzi con la passione per la birra e da molti anni di studio e lavoro.
Il nome scelto è decisamente importante, richiamando il mito della città eterna, e ci sprona ogni giorno ad esserne all'altezza.
Lo scopo che si propone E.C.B. è quello di produrre birra di qualità, portando il nostro lavoro e la nostra passione nel bicchiere di ognuno. Avremo tanto da imparare ma siamo certi che anche Roma, la città eterna, non è stata certo costruita in giorno.

Bottle 330ml. @ La Tana a Bruxelles, 10 Rue de L’Enseignement, Brussels, Belgium 1000. [ As Eternal City 30 Sacchi ].Unclear medium orange amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange, sweet fruit - citrus, light pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dried fruit, sweet malt, caramel, hoppy, citrus - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [ As Eternal City Mora ].Clear dark black colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, oat, moderate chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, wood, dark malt, oat. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160919] 7-4-8-4-15
