[ As Eternal City 30 Sacchi ].Unclear medium orange amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange, sweet fruit - citrus, light pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dried fruit, sweet malt, caramel, hoppy, citrus - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [ As Eternal City Mora ].Clear dark black colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, oat, moderate chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, wood, dark malt, oat. In bocca ha un attacco maltato medio-leggero, discretamente bilanciato dal finale appena amaro. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Bevibile, anche se un po’ anonima.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Ambrata scarica con leggera torbidità, schiuma bianca compatta e persistente. Al naso sentori agrumati e di frutta tropicale, note terrose, floreali e di pino. In bocca ha un profilo di malto medio-alto e un finale amaro abbastanza deciso, tutto sommato equilibrata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ok, ma senza lasciare il segno.

In bocca è equilibrata ma un po’ sgraziata, malto presente e un po’ troppo invadente, chiusura amara sporca con leggera astringenza. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Così così...

In bocca è mediamente amara, erbacea, con leggero finale pepato. Corpo leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Birra dedicata al quartiere dove sono cresciuto. Da 6, non di più.
