Eternal City Brewing nasce dall' idea di tre ragazzi con la passione per la birra e da molti anni di studio e lavoro.
Il nome scelto è decisamente importante, richiamando il mito della città eterna, e ci sprona ogni giorno ad esserne all'altezza.
Lo scopo che si propone E.C.B. è quello di produrre birra di qualità, portando il nostro lavoro e la nostra passione nel bicchiere di ognuno. Avremo tanto da imparare ma siamo certi che anche Roma, la città eterna, non è stata certo costruita in giorno.

On tap at BrewDog Roma. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of melon, pineapple, light grain. Flavour follows. This is not for me. Light bodied.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma with weak hints of honey. Fruity malty spicy yeasty honey flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty honey finish.
