(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190411) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, fruitiness and grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, black pepper, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had black pepper, grass and bitterness. A weird peppery brew.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Naso esplosivo, note di uva fragola (mosaic), pesca, passionfruit, malto, melone bianco. In bocca è equilibratissima, attacco dolce maltato con finale amaro medio, freschissima. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione media. Strepitosa.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Oro limpido, schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente Al naso note di malto, erbaceo, limone. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con amaro finale medio. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non pulitissima, e un po' sgraziata.

Draught @ Luppolo 12, Rome. Pours clear golden with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with estery and malty touches. Bitter flavour of hops and grass, with sweetish notes of malt and yeast and round, fruity notes. Bitter and estery aftertaste with malty touches. Decent.
