Pale gold with a foamy white head. Minimal banana aroma. Hints of lemon and grains. Taste is tart verging on sour with an unclean feel. Two months past the best buy so I guess it could be starting to go off. In need of rerate. Poured.

Bottle. Pale yellow/orange with a nice white head. Aroma of lemons, wheat and some yeast. Taste is wheat, grains, yeast lemons with just a little bit of spice and hints of bubblegum. No bananas nor clove. Dominated by lemons. Slightly sour and dry. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Light bodied and very refreshing. I’m usually pretty wary of non-Bavarian Hefeweizens but this was surprisingly good.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow, medium sized head. A lot of citrus notes, lemon zest, grassy, floral notes, yeast, hints of banana and clove, woodruff. Citrussy dryness, slightly sweet. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, crisp dry finish. A Weißbier of my kind!

Bottle. Just slightly cloudy dark yellow with a lovely white head. Aroma of lemons, grains and floral hops. Taste of grains, lemons, apples and just a little bit of yeast. Being pretty fruity it kinda feels like a Kellerbier until the dry bitterness kicks in and Marks this as a Pilsner. Nice.

Pale gold, hazy, with a frothy white head. Aroma of cereals and apple cider. A touch herbal.Taste is mildly bitter, grainy, with a light apple fruitiness. Medium bodied, balanced carbonation. Classified hier as a Dortmunder, by the brewery as a Pils, but goes down like a Zwickl. Not bad.
