Bottle at home. Clear apple juice color, decent to medium sized off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, some hops but old and a bit sourish, tart. Not good at all. Bleh. Bad.

Bottle, batch 1 2024, bottled on 05/12/2024, according to the label. Color: Hazy amber, stable white head. Aroma: Fruity notes, hints of wood and funk. Not much aroma. Taste: Refreshing, fruity citrus fruit, subtle rural funk and wood. Some hopbitterness and minerals at the finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Still very young, of course. Ok Lambik, but missing complexity.

Another quadrupel obtained from a courteous Belgian seller, a 33 cl bottle. The last day 2024, I have my Delirium snifter ready to receive the pour. I do so and see a moderately dark brown liquid followed by a slender skim of silver-tan foam. The scent is decent enough, there is malt, ripe fruit, grain and an unusual bit of something medicinal. The taste is also a touch unusual, by design I believe. I taste plums, sourish cherries, malt, chocolate, some cereal and straw. Glad to have the sampling, but I doubt this is a beer I seek later.

Sample at the 10th Pre-Brugse Bierfestival International Beer Swap in De Bierboom on 9th June 2023. Cheers who ever brought this. Misty orange body, thin white topping. Boozy little number with a Whisky aroma and initial taste, it's also pretty sweet and interesting.

Head gone in seconds to cream rim over almost black brown beer. Sweet, wood, rum, almonds, sweet chocolate, Nesquick. Again a certain almondy / chocolate taste, laurel cherry - making it a tad pharmaceutical. And again a certain spirit, maybe rum, maybe something else. Ethanol for sure. Well-bodied to chewy; good carbonation; filling. Sweet, bit unidimensional, but I still think it's worthwhile trying.
