Aaaaaah. Found a lost rate among my notes! At the Fiere Margriet, Leuven Poured ahazy orange body with a huge white head that went away slowly. Nose, honey, orange peel, maybe a bit grainy. The taste reveals it to be a simple dryish dusty tripel with weak honey overtones, dry, slightly too dry too really be refreshing, slightly chalky, weak pear notes, light acidity (from hops?). Hmm. Lemony in some way. Regular Tripel, that didn’t blow my mind, and could be improved upon, but that I liked anyway. Glad to have been able to elaborate on my old rating from memory.
