Bottle at Monk's: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is lightly funky, straw, yeast. Taste is lightly sweet, kinds dry finish. Smooth. Perhaps too carbonated from bottle.

Fles 75cl. Helder lichtgeel bier met moois stevig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en ietwat fruitig met iets van citrus en gras.

Bottle. Amber with a foamy pale beige head that fades to a coat. Aroma of biscuity dough, plums, hard spices. Barely medium bodied. Quite spicy and dryish with biscuit and light fruit. I kept waiting for hidden depths. OK.
