Keg at CBC CG. It pours cloudy gold with a decent white head. The nose is mellow lemon, bread, cracker , straw and fresh yoghurt. The taste is crisp, tart, good mouth-pucker, lemon sherbet, salted lemon, minerals, lactic twang, a hint of celery and some creaminess with a short, dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Would have rated this higher if it didn’t have that mild celery vibe.

Keg at CBC Holborn - London. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Nice lactic lemon aroma, some dry wheat, tangerine. Light sweet flavor with bracing acidity, lemon juice, light salt, subtle rindy bitterness. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Very clean on the finish, a bit more salt, sour wheat, hay, lemon. Outstanding.
