Strong hops, alcohol and a slightly fruity body. An ipa with a good, interesting body. Very interesting beer - I will definitely try this again. On tap at the burger bar.

Bottle: Poured a clear dark brown color ale with a small foamy head with minimal retention and no lacing. Aroma consists of light sugar and caramel notes with light herb undertones. Taste is a mix between a solid malt backbone with some herbs and some light candi sugar. Body is fuller then average with low carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Interesting though some additional carbonation would have helped.

I liked this one. Taste comes strong on the tongue and melts into bitter orange peel. The problem is I had this after a truly spectacular beer. The good thing for it is that it wasn’t that disappointing, considering.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Dagan. Clear golden with a big fluffy white head. Aroma of yeast, flowers, fruits and light spiciness. A rather dry flavor with light sweetness, yeast, fruits and a finish with some bitterness. Light-medium-bodied. Drinkable.
