Bottle at the Semi-Final Tasting, London. Pours clear gold with a small, fluffy white foam. Some doughy and biscuity malts on the nose. Light sweet flavor, some doughy pale malts, mild straw and faint lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Slightly dry finish, some weak straw and dough, faint white sugar. Nice and fresh. Pretty good.

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, fruity and mild caramel notes. Flavour is fruity, caramelly and also has some mild bitter notes in the finish.

Bottle from Asda: golden colour with a long lasting cream head. Citrus aroma, and a refreshing zesty grapefruit taste with a sweet finish. An excellent blonde.

500ml bottle. Pours gold with a medium head. Aroma is eggy and straw. Taste has and straw. Gassy with co2 in the bitter finish. About as interesting as the jubilee.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white and creamy dense head. Aroma is mild fruity and vague toasted malt. Smooth fruity, vague citrusy. Crisp hoppy, dry and light straw note. Smooth fruity and crisp bitter dry finish.

Bottle courtesy of Tesco poured into an English pint glass. I love this beer and it's grown on me over time and is in danger of becoming my standard summer beer! It reminds me of Duvel, but without the alcohol. It has a slightly bitter, floral and citrus taste. It's pleasant but not overpowering. Lovely lingering palate that positively begs you to hold onto your glass rather than putting it down. Serve cool but not cold. Cask, handpump at FFTMC, Oxford, at Oxford Folk Festival Morris dancing with KBO Sunday 22.04.12 Pours gold with great clarity, slim white head. As the description suggest the nose is a little floral however I wouldn’t have guessed that this had New Zealand hops. Tastes quite thick in the mouth, nice bitterness, some citrus. Good beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
