Bouteille (0.5l): Literally black, smaller tanned foamy layer, moderate roasty nose, some berries, some chocolate detectable; almost robust bitter-sweet flavour, rounded by a delicate acidity, almost medium bodied and soft; lingering bitter-sweet chocolatey-fruity and roasty finish. Fine, fine brew...

Lots of smoked peat. Brown pour with some good head and lacing, especially on cask. Some caramelized barley. Tangy finish, kind of a barley wine vibe. Cask at Churchkey.
