Clear orange beer, huge creamy irregular off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet, some caramel, pretty fruity, malty, some banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, some citrus, very bitter, piny and resinous, caramel malts, fruity. Aftertaste: very bitter, resinous, grapefruit, bit medicinal, some sweet malts.

From a 22 oz bottle at home. Pours black with a tan head. Toasted oat aroma. Flavors of cocoa, coffee and dark fruits. Uber smooth roast finish. Yum.

Bottle shared at Mechazilla. Huge coffee nose, comes off like a deep roasted chocolate forward single origin in a gibraltar. Tons of cacao nib and dark chocolate milky mocha goodness. Perfect carbonation and as it warms more chocolate and coffee. Finishes with a dry, lingering cacao taste. Hides the abv quite well. This beer does what the name says and well!

Pitch black color. Dark brown head. Massive Java in the nose with roasted malts and a touch of dark chocolate. Rich mouth low carbonation tons of Java and chocolate. Super rich never cloying or too sweet. Very warming finish with big lingering chocolate and Java. Great stuff

Fonefan 110415. Red amber colour with a beige head. Flavour is hop, caramel, alcohol, yeast, dried fruits, bourbon. Bitter finish. OK beer.
