Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Aroma is dark malt, caramel toffee, dried dark fruits, raisins, brown sugar, dark bread, figs, touch of chocolate, alcohol. Flavour is sweet and sticky with a boozy finish. Body is above medium. Quite sweet and boozy, but I like the notes of dark malt and chocolate in the aroma.

330ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with small, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Caramel and chocolately, dark malty, vinous fruity and yeasty spicy aroma, notes of dark caramel, some milk chocolate, raisin, toffee, liquorice, a touch of marmite, plum. Taste is sweet-ish, dark and caramel malty, minimally dry, vinous fruity, slightly yeasty spicy, notes of dark caramel, some liquorice, raisin, plum, dried fruit; minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Slightly creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Quite spicy, alcohol is not distracting with regard to taste but definitely effective - Okay-ish sipper, not really impressive.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange, dark golden colour with average, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, grainy, alcoholic and yeasty fruity aroma, sugary notes of overripe yellow stone fruit. Taste is sweet-ish, grainy, alcoholic and yeasty fruity, notes of overripe yellow stone fruit, sugary basis, a citrusy fruity touch as well; warming, alcoholic finish. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Sweet and alcoholic - not my cup of tea.

Dark brown with a beige head. Malty dark caramel aroma with some dark fruits, leather and licorice. Sweet taste with a sweet boozy finish.

Pours rather clear blonde, Small white head. Smell is mild spiced, trough the hops. Taste is sharp, tad bitter. Mild spicy hops. Crisp, rather clean and bitter aftertaste.
