Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Fergus. Pours clear ruby-brown with a frothy tan head. The nose has toasty bread, light perfume, dried berries. Light sweet flavor with dried fruits, figs, berries, bread, faint toffee. Light bodied with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Moderately sweet on the finish, with more toasty bread, ripe and dried berries, faint roast. Perfectly drinkable, but very basic.

Bottle from asda. Drank in a field. Murky copper amber coloured pour with a thin lasting off white greyish head. Aroma is sweet, toffee apple, unrefined sugars. A but of treacle on the nose as well. Dried fruit and caramel. Flavour is fruit and but. Caramel and toffee. Palate is sweet, toffee, moderate carbonation. OK.

Ruby color with a creamy off white head. Solid caramel nose, and light fruity. Fruity and tad sweet caramel malty flavour. An ok session ale at the pub.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice balance.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2014, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Lancaster Cherry Crush ].Clear medium to dark amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, cherry stones, light almonds. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, caramel, artificial, almonds, cherry stone, cherry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140813]

Bottle at Yespr’s - amber pour with off white head. Aroma and taste is sweet malty and nutty, some caramel and toffee sweetness, some herbal and twiggy hoppy nuances in the house, better than expected.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Roms (JDW), Bristol March 2015. Copper coloured with a slight, off-white, head. Sweet and malty, with a touch of stone fruit and moderately bitter finish. OK.

Cask at the Assembly Rooms, Solihull. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy off white head. The aroma is sweet malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a woody hop bitter, over ripe fruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
